PubKeyHash

Opaque ByteArray that represents the hash of a PubKey.

The first part of a regular payment address (i.e. not witnessed by a script) is a PubKeyHash.

Example instantiation:

pkh: PubKeyHash = PubKeyHash::new(#...); ...
